Most stores using the new Pricing module (Pricing v2) were intermittently unable to update or fetch prices from the Pricing v2 module.Some these stores had problems with temporarily unavailable items.Accounts using Pricing V1 were not affected by this problem
A migration process for a large account a few hours before the incident silently exhausted most of the resources of one of our storage units.Our alarming mechanisms failed to detect any problem, and only hours later started affecting other accounts.
Once the problem was detected in our storage unit, we have replaced it promptly, and that immediately improved the error rates.We will avoid any migration for large accounts until this process is reviewed and improve our monitoring mechanisms immediately.
