We will work on improvements to our platform that require controlled interruptions in Payments. As we upgrade the databases supporting payment cards and payment gateway, some stores might experience brief periods of unavailability. During these periods, saving payment cards and purchases made with credit, debit, cobranded, and private label cards may be affected. Post-purchase operations such as captures, cancellations, and refunds may also be temporarily affected. Checkout completion is not expected to be impacted, and other payment methods should remain unaffected.

Outside of these periods, no impact is expected. This is required to keep our platform on a supported database version and to increase reliability. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we upgrade our platform to serve you better, our valued customers and partners.
