On April 12, 2024, between 09:04 and 12:33 UTC, some accounts experienced intermittent errors while accessing the admin interface. This issue was traced back to a failure within the UNPKG cloud provider utilized by our services. Following the implementation of a fix at 12:33 UTC, we diligently monitored our platform for an additional hour to ensure stability.

Our global sales flow remained unaffected during this incident, mitigating any potential disruption to our services.

We're currently investigating intermittent failures with Admin access related to pulling packages from www.unpkg.com.

Unpkg is a public content delivery network that fetches JavaScript libraries like React. It's important to note that this issue is impacting the Admin access for some of our merchants. At this time, storefronts remain unaffected.
