At 6:13PM (UTC) we faced an incident in one of the VTEX IO production environments. This issue may have caused intermittent errors when clients tried to navigate and finish orders in the whole platform. At 6:22PM (UTC) the environment health metrics went back to normal, showing that the systems were working as expected.We kept monitoring the effects of this issue and at 6:40PM (UTC) we observed again an increase in the latency metric for the Store Framework rendering systems. This issue may have made stores built with the Store Framework slower than usual and, consequently, may have affected clients’ navigation and shopping experience. At 7:25PM (UTC) all affected systems were recovered and no performance issue was being detected anymore.We are working to avoid this issue in the future. The platform is now operating normally
