Between 03:43 PM and 16:03 PM UTC-3 (Brasilia), we experienced elevated error rates in our platform which is serving the new Administrative Environment. One of our graphQL servers was unhealthy and taking too long to respond to requests. We have created a new one and deleted the faulted instance. We will work to avoid this issues in the future. The service is now operating normally.
