A performance issue at the method responsible for generating the sitemap was identified. Recently, the amount of requests for this resource has increased, which caused instabilities. Due to the amount of requests to the Portal service, this increase was not identified. The issue was solved and new monitoring tools were activated in order to find the root cause.

Between 11:11 AM and 11:27 AM UTC-3 (BRT), we experienced elevated error rates in our platform. We are working to avoid this issue in the future. The service is now operating normally.
