Between 22h15 UTC and 02h15 UTC, administrative users faced delays to see the correct status of orders, both in the administrative panel and through the Orders APIs.
We can now confirm that all systems are normalized and our order statuses are up-to-date. We will keep monitoring and soon will be publishing a complete report.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Investigating
Due to the reprocessing of purchases, we have identified a delay in updating the order status in the order workflow. As soon as the operation is normalized, we’ll post new updates.
